Minimum 6 years’ experience in logistics operations, preferably in a control tower or LLP / 4PL environment. Minimum 3 years’ experience in quality management, compliance, or continuous improvement roles. Minimum 3 years’ experience with TMS, visibility platforms, and transport / logistics processes. Minimum 3 years’ experience in multi‑country & multi‑site stakeholder / client communication and governance management. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage control tower teams overseeing transport execution, planning, and exception handling.
- Ensure real‑time visibility and proactive resolution of logistics issues across the supply chain.
- Maintain alignment with client SLAs, KPIs, and operational requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (carriers, warehouses, 3PLs) to ensure seamless logistics flow.
- Monitor and analyze operational KPIs (OTIF, lead time adherence, cost‑to‑serve, etc.).
- Lead root cause analysis for service failures and drive corrective actions.
- Prepare regular performance reports for internal leadership and client governance meetings.
- Define and implement quality standards, procedures, and best practices within the LLP framework.
- Manage quality audits, compliance checks, and documentation in alignment with ISO and client‑specific standards.
- Lead incident and non‑conformance management processes, ensuring timely resolution and preventive measures.
