Job Responsibilities
- Post and process manual journal entries in ERP systems (e.g. Oracle)
- Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and ensure proper documentation
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
- Support balance sheet reconciliations
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation variances
- Ensure compliance with internal control frameworks and audit requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and automation projects
- Maintain accurate and organized supporting documentation for all entries
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldExperience : 0–2 years in accounting or shared services (RTR experience preferred)Technical : Basic knowledge of IFRS or local GAAP, SAP or similar ERP, ExcelSoft Skills : Attention to detail, analytical thinking, communication, teamworkLanguage Proficiency : EnglishSeniority level
