Ticketing Officer

Job Responsibilities :

  • Handle airlines reservation and ticketing.
  • Handle enquiries and reservation, including hotel accommodation, all ground

arrangement and other related tasks.

  • Maintain good relationship with clients and suppliers.
  • Perform related duties as required.

    • Job Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM / STPM / Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality

    • Management.

  • Minimum 1 year working experience.
  • Knowledge of flight reservation system is an advantage.
  • Computer literate in MS Office applications.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English, and Malay or Mandarin will be added

    • advantage.

  • Good initiative, hardworking, committed and able to multi-task.
  • Ability to work on standby for emergencies, including weekends and public holidays.
