Job Description

• Develop lesson plans for day-to-day teaching activities and establish learning objectives for the day based on curriculum plans and guidelines provided.
• Support the centre's daily duties in relation to the overall operations of the centre.
• Conduct classroom sessions for assigned level. Works hand-in-hand with the teaching team in regards to the children in their class.
• Manage class record updates, child's portfolio and communication via an internal platform.
• Monitor, record and provide feedback of a child’s learning growth progress through classroom assessment, evaluation.
• Ensure safety and emotional well-being of the children are properly cared for.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with parents and the teaching team.
• Guide and mentorin Support English Teachers.
• Manage logistics planning for non-curriculum activities (e.g. field trips) and festive activities.
• Attend mandatory trainings and professional development courses when needed.
