As a Business Analyst for the Adecco ServiceNow platform, your role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring alignment with our company's goals and driving increased customer satisfaction. You will help achieve our strategic vision, ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of our stakeholders, enable high‑quality services, and enhance overall business efficiency. Your primary focus will be in the HR & Case Management suite of products.

What you’ll be doing

Vision and Strategy :

• Develop and maintain a clear vision and roadmap for ServiceNow components by continuously assessing the market, customer feedback, and technological advancements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable objectives
