Responsibilities
To design, develop, and integrate ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs, bridging the gap between technology and business strategyCreating robust, scalable platformIdentify opportunities for automation and optimization, while spanning ServiceNow best practices, technical implementations, and strategic digital transformationCollaboration with stakeholders within both NDBS and the NTT DATA Inc. groupUnderstanding of overall architectural and landscapes setup of other 3rd party tools provided by the Service Management or IT layer, including legacy solutionsData model design, its adoption and further enhancementsEnsuring good practice is followed in the ServiceNow platform, specifically knowing when customization is relevant vs using standard out of the boxClose cooperation in an international development team and matrix driven organizationConstant development in the technological and personal fieldRequirements / Qualifications
Experience in a global implementation where cross departmental or regional governance is a mustDeep understanding of ServiceNow CSM and ITSM modules as well as platform is a mustDeep understanding of ServiceNow data model (CMDB and CSDM) is a mustGood understanding of ServiceNow ITOM is an advantageDeep understanding of integration hubWorking knowledge of Automation centre / workflows is an advantagePractical experience development based on RIA technology & frameworks, for example : Angular JS, JavaScript, Python, Perl, HTML, CSS is an advantagePractical experience in integration of various platforms / products into one solution, for example using middleware, scripts, synchronous and asynchronous APIsExperience with GIT SCM and agile software developmentGood written and spoken English knowledgeConvince us with your potential!
