Position : Restaurant Service Crew

Job Summary :

The Service Crew member is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. They take customer orders, serve food and drinks, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain a clean and organized dining area. They work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service and a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
• Serve food and drinks to customers
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any complaints
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and assist with table setup and teardown
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
