A senior bartender oversees bar operations, crafts high-quality cocktails, and provides exceptional customer service in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Key responsibilities include :

• Mixology & Service : Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Create signature cocktails and recommend pairings.
• Leadership : Supervise and train junior bartenders and bar staff, ensuring consistent service quality. Delegate tasks and manage shift schedules.
• Inventory Management : Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and minimize waste. Conduct inventory counts and maintain cost control.
• Customer Engagement : Interact with guests, handle special requests, and resolve complaints professionally to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Compliance : Ensure adherence to health, safety, and alcohol regulations, including checking IDs and monitoring responsible drinking.
• Bar Maintenance : Maintain a clean, organized bar area and equipment, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards.
• Menu Development : Collaborate with management to design seasonal menus or promotional drinks based on trends and customer preferences.
• Financial Oversight : Handle cash, process payments, and balance registers accurately.
