We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who functions as a strategic business partner, proactively supports company objectives and business strategies. As the Talent Acquisition Specialist in the People Team, you’ll be responsible for bringing in the right talent as well as representing the StoreHub brand and work ethics.
You don’t need to know everything about our industry (even we don’t!). The work is challenging, fast-paced, and on the bleeding edge, so we’re seeking someone with a curious mind, a strong drive to make things happen, and a passion to keep improving yourself.
Responsibilities
- Develop meaningful work relationships with hiring managers to understand business strategies and talent needs.
- Proactively align talent acquisition strategies, processes, and recruitment methodologies within the region.
- Be an ambassador for our EVP by setting and guiding the company’s tone of voice and messaging strategies, increasing positive engagement across internal and external talent touchpoints.
- Maintain a high level of TA service delivery with strong execution according to KPIs.
- Engage passive candidates via multiple sourcing options to build an ongoing talent pool and share promising profiles with Hiring Managers.
- Gather position requirements, formulate job scopes, promote open positions, conduct lead sourcing, filtering, assessments, and negotiations with vendors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, HR data integrity, and government regulations.
What you need to have
Minimum 2 years of Talent Acquisition experience. Experience in SaaS or Technology is preferred.Strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience in innovative methods to assess candidates’ competencies, strengths, drive, behavior, attitude, and culture fit (e.g., interviews, assignments, social experiments).Skills in relationship-building across functions and levels with both internal and external stakeholders.Attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks with a positive, can-do attitude.Solution-based thinking and data-driven decision making.Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.What makes working at StoreHub awesome
