SAP Logistics Support Consultant (WM / EWM)

Overview

Würth IT Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a SAP Logistics Support Consultant (WM / EWM) to join its global logistics support team. The role provides second-level support for SAP WM and SAP EWM across diverse warehouse environments, with a primary focus on SAP EWM. The ideal candidate combines strong EWM expertise with practical warehouse or logistics operations experience and a clear understanding of day-to-day processes supported by SAP.

Responsibilities

• Handle incidents and customer requests in SAP Solution Manager, including requirements gathering, error analysis, and proposing solutions for implementation by higher-level support.
• Provide in-depth analysis and resolution for SAP WM and EWM incidents at second-level support. Collaborate with third-level support for complex cases, ensuring accurate documentation, testing, and follow-up until resolution.
• Support the implementation of sustainable solutions by coordinating with third-level support, ensuring proper testing and deployment.
• Advise internal teams and users on logistics processes within the SAP environment, leveraging operational knowledge.
• Document processes, solutions, and best practices to build a strong knowledge base and ensure consistent support quality.
• Enhance and optimize support processes, knowledge management, and standard operating procedures.
• Apply warehouse and logistics background to validate system behavior against real operational workflows.
• Collaborate with international colleagues and customers in a global support setup.
• Occasionally travel to provide support during implementations, workshops, or trainings.
