Salary Budget : MYR10,000 gross monthly × 12 months (negotiable up to MYR11,500 for strong candidates)

Summary of Job
The Service Manager leads and manages the Technical Service (TS) department of the digital printing Division. This role ensures comprehensive and professional technical project execution while combining strong leadership, organizational, and customer-facing skills. The Service Manager will act as the bridge between customers, service engineers, and the division manager to deliver best-in-class service quality and customer satisfaction.

Team Size Reporting : 1 Assistant Manager Technical Service + 7 senior service engineers + 2 junior engineers.
Role Breakdown : 70% customer-facing, 20% team management, 10% coordination with HP manufacturer.
Reporting Line : Directly to Division Manager (based in Malaysia).
Customer Base : Predominantly "China man" business owners running 24-hour production lines — need candidate with strong EQ, patience, and customer management skills.
Candidate Background :
Must have service management experience for machinery / equipment used in manufacturing lines (not tractors / heavy equipment unrelated to production).
Printing industry background (such as Konica Minolta, Canon, Heidelberg, etc.) is preferred but not mandatory.
Priority Profile :
Strong people manager (EQ, customer handling, manage Division Manager effectively).
Industry background : Printing / manufacturing equipment.
Technical service know-how (good to have, not required).
Languages : Must speak English, Malay, and Chinese (due to customer base).
Salary Budget : Target MYR10k base + allowances. Flexibility up to MYR11.5k for strong candidates, subject to management approval.
Bonuses : Company performance-based.
Travel : 30% domestic, 10% regional.
