Overview

As a SOC Manager in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) model, you will lead the Security Operations Center (SOC) team in delivering cybersecurity monitoring, threat detection, and incident response services to multiple clients. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient SOC operations, implementing security best practices, and meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to enhance cybersecurity posture while managing SOC operations and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SOC team in delivering cybersecurity monitoring, threat detection, and incident response services to multiple clients within an MSP model.
• Ensure efficient SOC operations, implement security best practices, and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
