Job Description

• Lead and manage the collections team to meet monthly and quarterly financial goals.
• Develop strategies to improve collections processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Handle escalated client issues and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare detailed reports on collections performance and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to US shift schedules and maintain a high level of operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Collection Team Manager - US Shift should have :

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing a team within the Accounting & Finance domain.
• Strong knowledge of collections processes and financial reporting.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with working in the life science industry & shared services industry.
• Ability to work effectively during US shift hours
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
