Join a dynamic organization to lead financial operations, manage a high-performing team, and ensure timely, accurate reporting. This role involves overseeing monthly accounts, budgets, forecasts, compliance, and process improvement initiatives, while acting as a key liaison for internal teams and external stakeholders.

Job Scope

• Drive financial process improvements and coordinate projects as required, liaising with compliance and internal control teams
• Ensure adherence to corporate accounting policies, statutory requirements, and internal audit standards
• Assist in the planning and review of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
• Serve as the main finance contact point for both internal departments and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax agents, regulatory bodies, and banks
• Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts and deliver insightful financial analysis to support senior leadership decision-making
• Manage and coach the finance team to ensure efficient daily operations and accurate financial data recording
• Thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic work environment while fostering collaboration and high performance
