Manage and lead a team of all departments including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance to deliver excellent customer service.
Ensure to train, roster, and evaluate staff across all departments.
Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including staffing, budgeting, revenue management, and guest satisfaction
Ensure the hotel maintains high standards of cleanliness, presentation and health and safety
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, staff, and industry partners, gather feedback and make improvement plans.
Handle escalated concerns or complaints especially from our guests.
Monitor hotel performance, identify areas for improvement and contribute to strategic planning.
Ensure the hotel remains compliant with all relevant laws, regulations and industry standards.
