Hotel Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of all departments including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure to train, roster, and evaluate staff across all departments.
• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including staffing, budgeting, revenue management, and guest satisfaction
• Ensure the hotel maintains high standards of cleanliness, presentation and health and safety
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, staff, and industry partners, gather feedback and make improvement plans.
• Handle escalated concerns or complaints especially from our guests.
• Monitor hotel performance, identify areas for improvement and contribute to strategic planning.
• Ensure the hotel remains compliant with all relevant laws, regulations and industry standards.
• Submit regular reports (daily / weekly / monthly) to senior management.
