Associate Director / Senior Manager - Business Development
Drive sales, account management and business development to meet annual profit goals.
Implement solution-selling strategies tailored to enterprise customers.
Understand customer procurement processes and buying cycles.
Cultivate long‑term relationship with both new and existing customers.
Prepare accurate commercial proposals and quotations.
Lead tender strategies and participate in winning proposals and evaluates third‑party solutions for competitive bids (RFPs, RFQs, tenders).
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and maintain detailed minutes of meeting with customers.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after‑sales support.
Oversee sales team’s performance and ensure targets are met.
Attend conferences, meetings and industry events to expand professional network and promote the company.
Keep track of sales and provide necessary reports.
Any other ad hoc matters, as instructed by your direct supervisor from time to time.
