Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions and daily HR operational matters.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate updates and maintenance of HR and payroll records.
  • Process and submit employee claims.
  • Handle manpower recruitment activities.
  • Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of all HR files and records.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Knowledge of Malaysia Labour Law is an added advantage.
  • Good computer skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, independent, and willing to travel.
  • Willing to relocate.
