Customer Service Executive – Japanese & Korean Speakers

Overview

We are currently hiring for Customer Support Executives who are fluent in Japanese or Korean to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries professionally via email, phone, or chat in Japanese / Korean and English.
  • Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain quality service standards and follow company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases.

Qualifications

  • Native or fluent proficiency in Japanese or Korean (speaking, reading, writing).
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and customer‑oriented mindset.
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
