Demand Planner

Huntsman Corporation is seeking a Demand Planner based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Responsibilities include :

• Managing demand for APAC regional product categories and the Indian Subcontinent.
• Developing aligned demand plans for short-term (0-3 months) and long-term strategies, including unconstrained and constrained forecasts.
• Reviewing and obtaining sign-off on 4-24 month demand plans with regional managers and ensuring alignment with supply chain through the Integrated Business Planning process.
• Driving weekly demand updates and participating in regional demand reviews and commercial war rooms.
• Making decisions to maintain demand control within 0-6 months, coordinating with sub-regions and supply chain.
• Aligning financial outlooks with regional managers and leading the sub-regional demand team.
• Participating in cross-functional projects and company initiatives, including safety and environmental programs.
• Traveling occasionally within APAC and internationally as needed.
