Claims, Accident Handling & Investigation Associate

What will you be engaged in?
As our new Claims, Accident Handling & Investigation Associate , you will be in charge of overseeing and coordinating claims, accident handling, and investigation processes to ensure efficient resolution, compliance, and customer satisfaction. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams, external partners, insurance companies, and authorities while maintaining high standards of professionalism, cost-efficiency, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Claims Management
- Provide clear guidance to TREVO users regarding the reimbursement process.
- Manage expectations of both TREVO users and Car Hosts on the reimbursement SLA.
- Develop and maintain a system to record all reimbursements.
- Liaise with Finance and other departments (CS / Finance) to streamline reimbursement processes and ensure timely payouts.
- Investigate, manage, and resolve all reimbursement-related issues.
- Accident Handling & Investigation
- Provide professional and quality support to SOCAR / TREVO users during accidents and necessary steps for Police Investigation.
- Investigate, manage, and resolve fraud, theft-related, and accident-related incidents.
- Conduct investigations into violations of SOCAR Terms & Conditions, including smoking events, late return or non-return of cars, hygiene concerns, etc.
- Assist the team in complex investigations such as accident collisions, parts damage, theft, swaps, vandalism, unusual customer behaviour, and other escalated SOCAR car issues.
- Collate and analyse evidence from available portals to support investigation outcomes.
- Impose charges and penalties in line with established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Liaise with department PICs to obtain missing or pending documents.
- Highlight unusual or suspicious activity to supervisors for escalation.
