The Job

Oversee daily production operations and ensure effective use of machinery in furniture manufacturing.

Monitor, analyze, and report on machine performance and production efficiency.

Support continuous improvement by aligning production capabilities and capacities with business needs.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day production activities and machinery handling in the furniture production line.

Prepare reports on machine performance, downtime, and maintenance needs.

Understand and optimize manufacturing capabilities and capacities to meet production targets.

Ensure compliance with company standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.

Collaborate with design, engineering, and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the related field, preferably in fit-out projects.

Possesses at least a Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Furniture, or related field).

Proficiency in furniture design software will be an added advantage.

Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with data reporting.
