- Analyze sales performance, pricing, and market trends to optimize product mix and profitability.
- Oversee inventory planning and management to ensure healthy stock levels.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities for new product launches and assortment planning.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the merchandising and inventory team.
