Customer Service Specialist (German Market)

Penerangan pekerjaanProven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative Strong written communication skills in English (German language proficiency is a must for the Germany market). Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, ability to analyze situations and offer solutions calmly and efficiently A friendly, customer-first mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Self-motivated and able to work independently within the assigned time zone. Prior experience with customer service platforms (e.g., Trengo, Zendesk, or similar) is preferred. Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled (Fully Remote) Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team. This is a full-time, remote position that involves handling customer inquiries from Germany, with working hours tailored to Central European time zone.
Days Fixed : Monday to Saturday (Germany Market)
Salary : MYR 3,500 - MYR 4,200 per month
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via the Trengo platform, which consolidates all our social media and email channels.
- Provide accurate product information and resolve customer concerns efficiently and empathetically.
- Coordinate with our logistics and operations teams to address and resolve customer feedback and delivery issues.
- Exercise sound judgment and make certain pre-approved decisions independently to enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through a friendly, solution-oriented approach.
- Always clarify and escalate issues to Reporting Manager on things you are unsure of or beyond your capabilities
