Carry out all sales activities from lead generation through closed in an assigned territory to meet the target and achieve sales goal.
Responsible for the sale of assigned products and area of coverage.
Plan and carry out sales activities according to directives given by Managers to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix and outcomes within the scheduled time frame.
Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by emails, post, telephone and personal visitations.
Sell conservatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various products our Company can offer to their business issues.
Carry out market research, monitor competitors’ activities and customer surveys.
Continuously improve through feedback and stay updated on industry and product knowledge.
Assist in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
Maintain an accurate record of all sales and prospecting activities including sale calls, presentations, closed sales and follow up activities within assigned areas of coverage.
Participate and contribute to the development of educational programs offered to clients, prospects and company employees.
Responsible for maintaining good customer relations and building trust & support given to all customers.
Requirements
Degree holder in Biological Sciences, Biomedical Science, Biology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or related fields.
Strong product knowledge and understanding of relevant industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Analytical and innovative mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Strong planning and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Familiarity with CRM practices and the ability to build productive professional relationships is an advantage.
