Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, live chat, social media, and calls.
  • Manage order processing issues, returns, refunds, and delivery updates.
  • Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and product teams to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Monitor and report on customer feedback, trends, and issues.
  • Assist in returns processing and resolve returns within SLA.
  • Assist in testing and improving customer service workflows and tools.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Bachelor 9s Degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 1 22 years of experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and coordination abilities.
  • Experience in Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or other e-commerce platforms.
  • Fast learner and adaptable to platform changes.
  • Flexible - able to work on weekends and public holidays (subjected to campaign day).
