Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Sales Lead – Inside Sales to lead our Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) across the APAC regions. This role will focus on driving revenue growth by managing and strengthening relationships with channel partners, implementing effective channel strategies, and enabling partner success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) across the APAC regions.
  • Develop and implement channel strategies to drive sales growth and market expansion.
  • Manage and grow relationships with channel partners, distributors, and resellers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, technical, and external teams to support partner success.
  • Provide ongoing training, guidance, and support to partners to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to senior leadership.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to align on goals and growth plans.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales or partner management, ideally within IT industry.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in team leading experience in APAC region
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to lead through influence and collaborate effectively across teams and regions.
  • In-depth understanding of channel ecosystems, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Experience in designing and executing channel strategies and partner programs.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
