Manager / Assistant Manager, Human Resources – Baker Tilly Malaysia

Job Brief

We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to support the various HR functions within Talent team and not limited to compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, employee relations, learning & development and etc.

Responsibilities

  • Support in HR operations from pre-onboarding to off-boarding.
  • Support in performance reviews and development programs.
  • Managing compensation and benefits of employees including payroll, leave management, employee benefits and etc.
  • Support in regulatory reports and any other compliance reports.
  • Support employee relations activities and address employee concerns.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Prepare monthly / quarterly reports and provide valuable insights in analysis.

Qualifications

  • Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management, or other related Business Field.
  • Preferably at least 5 years of related working experience.
  • Good communication in both spoken and written English.
  • Strong analytical data skills.
