We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Engineer to join our growing team. The candidate will manage and support our IT infrastructure, focusing on Microsoft Azure , Intune , and general IT administration . You will ensure smooth operation of employee devices, maintain security standards, and support both Windows and Linux environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Device Management & Support
- Deploy, configure, and manage Windows devices using Microsoft Intune .
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues for end users.
- Manage device compliance and enforce security policies through Azure AD and Intune.
- Administer Microsoft Azure resources, including virtual machines, user access, and resource groups.
- Support Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) setup, user provisioning, and access control.
- Assist in maintaining VPNs, network configurations and connectivity between environments.
- Perform basic to intermediate Linux system administration , including user management, service monitoring, and file system maintenance.
- Troubleshoot Linux-based servers or tools used in engineering or backend infrastructure.
- General IT Operations
- Maintain IT inventory, asset tracking, and documentation.
- Manage software installation, updates, and license compliance.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes (accounts, access, laptops, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure systems meet business and security requirements.
Requirements
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.Experience : 2–5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or similar roles.Technical Skills :Strong understanding of Microsoft Intune , Azure AD , and Windows device management .Familiarity with Azure portal administration and cloud-based infrastructure.Hands-on experience with Linux (Ubuntu, Red Hat, or similar) environments.Knowledge of network fundamentals , VPN / IPSec , and firewall basics .General troubleshooting skills for laptop hardware and software issues.Nice-to-Have Skills
Scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams).Familiarity with IT security best practices and compliance frameworks.Soft Skills
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Customer-oriented with the ability to assist non-technical users.Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies.Why Join Us
