Penerangan pekerjaanAnalyze user needs and translate into technical requirements Draft user stories, business process flows, and system design mockups Support documentation for new system features or integration updates Validate system behavior against defined specs during testing Track and manage change requests using task-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) Draft data flow diagrams and basic database relationships Prepare screen mockups or prototype forms using UI tools (e.g., Balsamiq, Figma) Write user stories and acceptance criteria using Agile format Understand RESTful APIs, JSON, and integration mechanisms Collaborate with developers on aligning business logic with backend Contribute ideas for system optimization, automation, or user experience improvements Assist in evaluating alternative solutions, mockups, or low-code POCs Conduct mini-research on business trends and digital tools in public sector or industry Document results from trial runs of new tools or libraries Highlight gaps in legacy processes with suggestions for innovation Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and product teams during feature delivery Facilitate UAT feedback sessions with users and track key issues raised Communicate detailed system requirements effectively with internal teams Prepare simple wireframes or charts to explain technical flows Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, review, retrospective) Own specific system modules and ensure quality from documentation to testing Take lead in validating user requirements against system behavior Manage mini projects like UI change requests or parameter settings Follow up with responsible parties to resolve blockers or gaps Be proactive in raising ideas or solutions when process gaps are observed
