HR Business Partner at Hong Leong Assurance
Product Development Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and launching new insurance products, as well as improving existing ones to meet customer needs and market trends.

Responsibilities
- Lead of the Product Development and end-to-end implementation process to ensure new product success.
- Ensure efficient communication to internal and / or external stakeholders.
- Conduct trainings and support on Product launch roadshows.
- Launch Product Campaigns for all channels alongside with the development of marketing & product materials.
- Support and ensure product strategy for Agency, Bancassurance and Alternative Channels are met.
- Support on focus group discussions with agents, customers and consumers.
- Stay close to the market and conduct market research to perform competitor analysis.
- Lead on regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
