Duties & Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow sales with existing modern trade customers (hypermarkets & supermarkets).
- Negotiate listings, promotions, pricing, and trading terms with category buyers.
- Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and competitor activities.
- Drive in-store visibility and ensure merchandising standards are maintained.
- Plan and execute promotions in collaboration with marketing and supply chain teams.
- Identify new opportunities to increase distribution and market share.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.Minimum 2 years of sales experience in FMCG or retail industry (modern trade experience preferred but not mandatory).Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.Based in Yong Peng, Johor.Willing to travel extensively.Career Growth
