Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience A broad understanding of the HR employee lifecycle is a necessity as is experience in providing HR policy and process related advice and guidance HR Generalist with min of 3-5 years working experience is encouraged to apply Cross-cultural experience gained from working in culturally diverse environments Ability to apply discretion and maintain confidentiality Language skills (JLPT N2) is a MUST Knowledge of continuous improvement within a Shared Service Centre environment will be a plus Executive Full-time Human Resources Manufacturing
Overview
The position is responsible for all transactional and operational day-to-day HR shared services activities of Schaeffler Japan entities.
Your Responsibilities
- Delivering transactional and operational day-to-day HR shared services within Service Level Agreement (e.g. providing advice and guidance on HR policies, processes and general HR-related queries, managing and maintaining the integrity of HR data)
- Keeping day-to-day operations documentation up to date
- Participating in the transfer of processes from internal customers to Shared Services
- Involve in Knowledge Transfer, Go-live process and activities from Japan entity to Malaysia Shared Service Center
