Brew coffee, espresso, and tea beverages according to café standards.Prepare specialty drinks, including lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos, and iced beverages.Ensure the quality, consistency, and presentation of all drinks.Take customer orders and answer questions about the menu or drink options.Clean and maintain equipment (espresso machines, grinders, blenders, etc.) to ensure proper functioning.Wash dishes, utensils, and other necessary items during shifts.Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, syrups, and other ingredients.Assist in inventory checks and help with reordering supplies as needed.Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards in food preparation and handling.Ensure that all products are stored and handled according to health regulations.Collaborate with other baristas, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth café operations.Requirements
Minimum 1 year of working experience in the F&B industry.
Basic Barista knowledge and skills (preferred).
Possess good communication skills and strong teamwork.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, PH and long hours.
Demonstrates proactiveness, alertness, and the ability to work independently and quickly.
Maintain high standards of service and product quality.
The ideal applicant must have full working rights in Malaysia (preferably Malaysian).
Must be willing to work in Genting Highlands, Pahang.
