Requirements

  • Able to perform shift duty (24 / 7)
  • Willing to be based at Genting Highlands Resort

Job Responsibilities

  • Represent the company as a front‑liner serviceman and provide courteous, efficient and accurate service to road users.
  • Collect road charges from vehicles ensuring that the amount collected is in accordance with vehicle classification class rate.
  • Check and ensure that the equipment is functioning well prior to the beginning of the shift and report any malfunction promptly.
  • Receive and report any information and complaints from road users.
  • Carry out administrative tasks related to the Road Charge System and support day‑to‑day road charge operation.
  • Assist to support day‑to‑day road charge operation and provide general administrative support to operations.
  • Attend customer enquiries when required and / or perform other ad‑hoc tasks from operation.
