Position : Channel Sales Manager - MCPTT Solutions (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia)
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to drive and expand our MCPTT (Mission-Critical Push-To-Talk) partner network in Malaysia. This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or partner management, who can effectively recruit, onboard, and grow reseller and distributor relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a channel sales strategy to expand Tramigo's MCPTT presence in Malaysia.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new resellers and distributors, ensuring alignment with Tramigo's business objectives.
- Manage and nurture existing channel partners to drive sales growth and increase market penetration.
- Provide partners with training, sales tools, and marketing support to enhance their performance.
- Track sales pipeline and partner performance, preparing regular reports and forecasts.
- Work closely with internal sales and marketing teams to drive joint campaigns and lead generation efforts.
- Negotiate and manage channel agreements, ensuring compliance with Tramigo's pricing and policies.
- Represent Tramigo at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings to strengthen brand presence.
We expect from you :
3+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or partner management.Strong network of resellers, distributors, or system integrators in the telecom or two-way radio industry is a plus.Proven ability to develop and execute channel sales strategies and drive revenue through partners.Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently, manage multiple partners, and drive business growth.Experience using CRM tools and sales reporting systems.Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).Must possess own transport and be willing to travel for partner engagements.A proactive mindset and a willingness to learn.Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.Must possess your own transport.Additional assets :
Knowledge of MCPTT, telecommunications, or radio communication solutions.Experience working with government agencies, public safety, or enterprise clients.Strong understanding of the Malaysian B2B and channel sales landscape.What Tramigo offers you :
