JOB SCOPES

  • Answer & direct phone calls & emails in professional manner.
  • Performing a variety of administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Providing support to the management team & other departments as needed.
  • Maintaining office supplies & ensuring the organization of the work environment.
  • Coordinate repair & maintenance of office equipment & facilities.
  • Handle incoming & outgoing mail & courier services.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Female Only
  • At least SPM / certificate or equivalents.
  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience.
  • Able to work independently with initiative, disciplinary, self-motivated & with minimum supervision.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Melayu & English, both written & spoken.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Outlook software.
  • Salary will be given based on qualifications & experience.
