UI UX Designer

This is a full-time on-site role for a UI / UX designer located in Kuala Lumpur.

We are looking for a talented and passionate UI / UX Designer with a love for gaming and a flair for designing seamless player experiences. This role blends creativity with systems thinking, you won't just design beautiful screens, you'll also dive into user behavior, player journeys, and product flows to craft experiences that feel natural, exciting, and uniquely us. Key responsibilities

• Market Research : Conduct market and competitor analysis to improve user experience, needs, and frustrations
• UI UX Solution :
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Design aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines
• Develop 3D assets and implement animations to elevate the user experience
• Conduct usability tests and iterate based on findings
• Uphold brand standards and best practises
• Uphold and contribute to our design system and visual standards
• Stay informed on UI / UX, 3D, and motion design trends and best practices
• Cross-functional Coordination : Work with various teams from business units to technology, marketing from concept to delivery
• Customer Insights : Collect and analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders to help inform product enhancements and new features.
• Performance Tracking : Track product performance metrics, gathering data, and generating reports to evaluate product success post-launch.
• Project Management Support : Manage product timelines, track progress on tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Product Solution : Responsible in delivering end to end solutions that meet the company vision and business units objectives.
• Product Documentation : Create and maintain product documentation, including product requirements, user stories, and roadmaps.
