Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical assistance for end-users across the organization. This role is on a contract basis (

minimum 6 months

) and requires proficiency in both English and Malay for effective support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level troubleshooting for PCs, laptops, printers, and basic networking issues.
• Support software and hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Handle service requests and incident tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain documentation of IT assets, incidents, and solutions.
• Assist in basic user training for IT tools and applications.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security guidelines.
