Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Singapore team on daily operational execution.
- Order cleaning chemicals and equipment for ongoing projects.
- Arrange for replacement cleaners and transportation as needed.
- Plan and optimize work schedules for cleaning specialists.
Client & Team Support
Collaborate with customer service, billing, and sales teams to resolve client issues.Support operational needs by managing service reports and scheduling ad-hoc tasks.Staff Management
Oversee cleaner attendance, including medical leave and absenteeism.Manage worker schedules to ensure efficient utilization of working hours.Process Improvement
Work with the operations team to improve workflows and optimize task efficiency.Coordinate with different departments to ensure service commitments are met on time.Requirements
Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any relevant field.1-2 years of experience in operations or administrative roles preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Fluent in Mandarin, English and Malay; Malay proficiency is an advantage. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.Immediate availability preferred.5.5-day work week.Monday to Friday : 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM
Saturday : 7 : 00 AM – 11 : 00 AM
Must be contactable outside working hours to resolve urgent operational issues.
