Advance Analytics Specialist
This role provides end-to-end ownership of Consumer mobile analytics operations within the Base Marketing team, ensuring the seamless execution, enhancement and measurement of all targeted customer campaigns across Maxis Postpaid, Hotlink Postpaid and Prepaid segments.

The role acts as a critical interface between Base Marketing, ISD and broader teams—translating strategic intent into executable logic while maintaining performance oversight across systems.
Job Summary
End-to-end ownership of Consumer mobile analytics operations within the Base Marketing team.
What are you accountable for?
- NBA Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Configure and optimize offer strategies in NBA campaign
- Analyze customer data and journeys to refine targeting and campaign logic.
- Monitor, test, and troubleshoot campaigns to ensure accurate delivery and performance.
- System & CLM Program Enhancements
- Lead scripting and integration of new models, data sources, and business logic.
- Maintain and update lifecycle programs to support new marketing capabilities.
- Ensure deployment readiness, own end-to-end process of refining, updating and testing campaign scripts and business logic.
- Data Analysis & Performance Measurement
- Provide data-driven customer insight, conduct campaign A / B testing, measure campaign effectiveness, and provide insights to guide future campaign optimization and product enhancement.
- Define and manage accurate measurement framework to evaluate true campaign impact.
- Validate external analysis and ensure data accuracy.
- Troubleshooting & Quality Assurance
- Investigate and resolve issues in campaign setup and scripts.
- Collaborate with technical teams on root cause fixes and preventive improvements.
- Dashboard & Reporting Management
- Maintain and improve internal dashboards for performance tracking.
- Automate reporting, ensure data integrity, and enhance visualization for decision-making.
What do you need to have for the role?
Degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or related field6+ years of experience in campaign analytics, CRM, or marketing operationsStrong understanding of customer lifecycle management (CLM) and NBA (Next Best Action) strategiesExperience with campaign management tools and marketing automation platformsStrong analytical skills with experience in A / B testing and performance measurementAbility to troubleshoot campaign issues and collaborate with technical teamsSkilled in dashboarding and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and quality assurance mindsetExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsWhat’s next?
