Order Management : Process and validate customer orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with terms. Billing & Invoicing : Generate and issue accurate invoices in a timely manner. Collections : Follow up on overdue accounts, resolve payment issues, and minimize outstanding receivables. Cash Application : Reconcile and apply customer payments to accounts. Dispute Resolution : Address and resolve billing discrepancies or customer disputes. Reporting : Prepare and analyze aging reports and O2C KPIs to monitor performance. The Successful Applicant

Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 2+ years of experience in O2C processes, preferably in a shared services setup. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. What\'s on Offer
