Overview

Team Lead - Energy Transformation Consultancy at Siemens Energy. You will lead a team of consultants in the development and implementation of energy transformation projects within Siemens Energy’s Grid Consulting service, overseeing studies, business case and techno-economic analyses, and proof-of-concept initiatives for energy system operators, industrial and commercial enterprises, and energy asset developers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of consultants to deliver impactful energy transformation projects
• Oversee development of decarbonization and digitalization strategies and roadmaps for clients globally
• Ensure high-quality project execution through effective planning, coordination, and quality assurance
• Support business development by identifying opportunities and presenting service capabilities to clients
• Strengthen client relationships and foster long-term partnerships
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation and excellence
