Clearance & Brokerage Operations; Clearance Regulatory

Key responsibilities :

Custom Clearance Operations : Support clearance operations between customers and regulators in EU / SG using internal tech systems.
EU / SG Law & Trade Compliance : Execute import / export processes in accordance with EU / SG law (training provided).
Solve Shipment Problems : Identify and resolve shipment issues using logical judgment.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Minimum Requirements :

Diploma or Degree in any field; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Experience in Shared Service Centre, Contact Centre, Customs Clearance, Operations, or Logistics is a plus.

Proficiency in English is required.

Ability to work shifts according to office hours in Europe or Singapore time zones.
