Qualifications
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.
Follow up on inbound leads from marketing campaigns, webinars, and referrals.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Present company products / solutions (e.g., ERP, SaaS, IT solutions) to prospects via phone, email, or online demos.
Understand customer business challenges and position solutions that align with their needs.
Collaborate with field sales / business development managers for meetings, proposals, and deal closures.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Support existing accounts with product knowledge, renewal discussions, and upselling opportunities.
Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (leads, qualified opportunities, revenue).
Update CRM with accurate sales activities and pipeline status.
Provide feedback on market trends, customer pain points, and competitor activities.
