Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Technical Sales Engineer (Laser Micromachining) to spearhead the growth of our laser micromachining solutions. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales strategies to ensure the success of our company in key markets, including semiconductor, electronics, and precision manufacturing industries.

Job Responsibilities

• Business Development : Identify and target potential customers in industries such as semiconductors, electronics, and micro-manufacturing.
• Sales Strategy : Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
• Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring long-term partnerships.
• Technical Consultation : Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide technical guidance on laser micromachining solutions, and recommend suitable products and services.
• Market Research : Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market demands.
• Proposal and Quotation Management : Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
• Collaboration : Collaborate with the engineering and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met and to develop custom solutions.
• Reporting : Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
