Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations (60%)

Accounts Management :

Maintain accurate books of accounts for Malaysian operations including AP / AR, journals, and reconciliations

Process monthly closing procedures and prepare financial reports
Support intercompany transactions between Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia entities
Assist in preparation of monthly P&L, Balance Sheet reports for management

Tax Compliance :

Prepare and submit monthly SST returns for Malaysia operations

Maintain tax records and support annual corporate tax filings

Liaise with external tax agents as required

Cash Flow Management :

Monitor daily cash positions and coordinate fund transfers

Process supplier payments, staff claims, and customer progress claims

Maintain proper supporting documentation for all transactions

Support cash flow forecasting activities

Operations Support (30%)

Procurement & Vendor Management :

Process purchase orders

Coordinate with suppliers on delivery schedules and specifications

Maintain vendor records and support price negotiations

Project Financial Support :

Support project costing for data centre installations

Track project expenses and progress billing

Coordinate with the Project Management team on budget monitoring

Process RFAC (Request for Additional Cost) documentation

Documentation & Compliance :

Maintain proper filing systems for financial and operational records

Support audit requirements and regulatory compliance

Assist in e-invoicing implementation and maintenance

Administrative Support (10%)

Office Management :

Support HR functions, including payroll processing assistance

Maintain office assets and coordinate lease agreements

Handle general administrative duties as assigned

Support business license renewals and regulatory requirements
