Handling of sales order processing and administrative tasksLiaising with suppliers on delivery, coordinating with freight forwarders and tracking on shipmentsPreparation full sets of shipping documentsCoordinating with internal and external stakeholders on shipments discrepancies and deliveries to clientsManaging stock availability and transactions accordinglyMaintaining good relationships with new and existing clientsAny other adhoc duties as assignedRequirements :
- Min 2 years relevant experience
- Experience in L / C is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Working Hours : Mon-Fri (8.30am – 5.30pm)
- Location : Selangor
- Salary : Up to 4000RM
- Able to travel whenever required
- Able to start work immediate or on short notice
