Client Service Coordinator

Job descriptionHandling of sales order processing and administrative tasks Liaising with suppliers on delivery, coordinating with freight forwarders and tracking on shipments Preparation full sets of shipping documents Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on shipments discrepancies and deliveries to clients Managing stock availability and transactions accordingly Maintaining good relationships with new and existing clients Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements :
- Min 2 years relevant experience
- Experience in L / C is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Working Hours : Mon-Fri (8.30am – 5.30pm)
- Location : Selangor
- Salary : Up to 4000RM
- Able to travel whenever required
- Able to start work immediate or on short notice
