Senior Management Accounting Analyst

YOUR ROLE You take part in creating the best new hire experience in the project to completely renew our talent acquisition and onboarding process. You also help us with finding the best vendors for recruitment, and managing the a to z collaboration with them. Execute Management Accounting activities and tasks within Global Business Services. Conduct comprehensive business results analysis for entities by site / group, including inventory, expenses, product costing, manufacturing cost, unit cost, and project investment. Manage and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of management accounting records and reports. Support month-end closing processes for Management Accounting. Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including site operations, business groups, finance teams, and central functions. Participate in the development and implementation of the Management Accounting and reporting transfer roadmap. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in financial analysis, preferably within the semiconductor industry or a Global Business Services environment. Strong proficiency in Management Accounting or Cost Accounting. Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP and Power BI. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
